Dear Families of Annandale High School, 

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year at Annandale High! We are so glad you are here! We hope you’ll consider joining our PTSA, or Parent Teacher Student Association. For Elementary and Middle school, the PTA is for parents and teachers, in high school we get to have Students involved in all aspects of the program, including voting!

AHS is a very special community where everyone has a place. Students can get involved with many different programs such as our Performing Arts Department, our Automotive Program, our Culinary Arts Program, and more. After school there are sports teams for every season and there are over 100 unique clubs! For parents, caretakers, and guardians there are lots of places to connect, such as different booster organizations and with us in the PTSA. 

The AHS PTSA is a great place to get to know our school. Our meetings are informative and a great place to get to know other AHS families. Additionally, every meeting is translated into Spanish. It is a great place to talk about ideas that could enhance life at AHS and in your student’s world. There are updates from lots of different people, including the principal, admins, and other AHS community members. We also talk about ways you can get involved! Membership is encouraged but you do not have to purchase to attend our meetings. 

To purchase a PTSA membership, click here or click on the membership tab at our website, www.annandalehsptsa.org. Membership for adults is $15, for teachers it’s $10, and students are $5. The membership is valid for an entire year. Your money help fund activities, teacher appreciation events, scholarships, and more! 

As you find your place here at Annandale High School, I hope that part of that is here with the PTSA!
