Class of 2018 Awardees

Donald Clausen Visual or Performing Arts Scholarship

Honoring Donald Clausen, former AHS principal, a scholarship in the amount of $1,250 will be awarded to an AHS senior who plans to pursue a career in the visual or performing arts and attend a four year college or university.

James Finch Service & Leadership Scholarship

Honoring James Finch, former AHS principal, a scholarship in the amount of $1,250 will be awarded to an AHS senior who plans to enroll in an accredited four-year college or university who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, school spirit, community service, and a high level of involvement in extracurricular.

John V. Ponton ESOL-to-College Scholarship

Honoring John V. Ponton, former AHS principal, a scholarship in the amount of $1,250 will be awarded to an AHS senior who has successfully complete the AHS ESOL program and is planning to attend either a 4-year college or university or a community college upon graduation from AHS.

 Ray Watson Technical Degree Scholarship

 Honoring Ray Watson, former AHS principal, a scholarship in the amount of $1,250  will be awarded to an AHS senior who plans to enroll in a    community college or technical degree/certificate program with clear career goals.
